Aperam is looking for a M&A and Ventures Investment Analyst (VIE) to join our team and play a key role in supporting our broader efforts to execute on the company’s growth.Your responsibilities
Financial Modeling & Valuation
Develop and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses for potential acquisition/ ventures investment targets
Control & monitor the development of existing investments
Transaction Support
Develop marketing materials for use by the executive team and business unit leaders, including Investment Committees
Support the coordination of the due diligences with internal and external stakeholders
Assist the overall M&A process governance
Market & Industry Research
Gather and synthesize financial and operating information for target industries and companies
Monitor industry M&A trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness of the M&A activities
Your profile
0-3 years industry experience
Prior accounting, transaction services or consulting experience
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and writing skills
Work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail, accountable and result-oriented
Ability to effectively communicate
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Fluent in English
