Main duties:
As the Staffing Lead, you will play a critical role in the strategic deployment of staff for the Asia Business Unit (BU) for ongoing projects and tenders. You will be the primary point of contact for the Operations Teams, responsible for aligning project needs with the best available talent internally and externally to support current delivery and future growth.
- Resourcing Plan: Partner closely with the Asia Operations across the BU to anticipate the needs and define the project’s workforce planning. You will identify resource gaps and proactively plan both internal transfers and external hires to ensure the BU has the capacity to deliver current and future contracts.
- Recruitment:
- Ensure all open positions are properly posted and branded. Oversee the recruitment process to ensure HR interviews and compensation package negotiations align with SYSTRA internal practices and local market benchmarks.
- Manage and coordinate the preparation and issuance of SAP and employment contracts, ensuring they are compliant with local labor laws and internal group standards.
- Guarantee that a robust onboarding process is in place for every new hire to ensure seamless integration into the company.
- Internal Mobility:
- Maximize the use of existing resources within Asia and at the Group level. Proactively manage project demobilization phases to ensure that Asia-based talents are systematically redeployed to new opportunities.
- Oversee expatriate missions in partnering closely with the International Mobility Department to guarantee smooth deployments and full compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Staffing Forum: Participate in Monthly Global Staffing Forum, representing the ASIA BU by sharing both available people and open positions to optimize global resource sharing.
- Talent Management: Lead regional initiatives to attract and retain top-tier talent by aligning SYSTRA’s value proposition with market trends. You will support Group initiatives focused on career pathing and Leadership programs
Profil recherché
Profile requirements- Education: Master’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Background:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR operations (staffing, resource management or recruitment) .
- Proven experience working within the engineering sector and for multicultural companies.
- Prior international experience, whether professional or academic, is an advantage.
