MISSIONS
Under the leadership of the Chief Development Officer, the Project Manager Assistant Intern will support the development team by contributing to operational planning, business intelligence analysis, and process optimization. The intern will be exposed to the tools, methodologies, and operational models used to build mobility projects across the United States.
This role will focus on collecting and analyzing data, supporting project planning, building productivity dashboards, and helping integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into research, reporting, and operational planning tasks. The intern will gain hands-on experience with digital platforms such as Monday.com, Qlik Sense, SmartSheet, MS Project, and AI-powered research and analysis tools.
The goal of this internship is to provide the development department with reliable insights, improved workflows, and strategic research that strengthens project delivery and contributes to business growth across RATP Dev USA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Plan Development:
Assist in building and maintaining operational plans for upcoming projects, including timelines, resource needs, risk assessments, and task tracking.
Business Intelligence & Data Analysis:
Support data gathering, cleaning, tracking, and visualization efforts using BI tools to help the development team make informed decisions.
AI-Supported Research & Analysis:
Utilize AI platforms to conduct competitive research, market analysis, project benchmarking, and customer insights.
Process Optimization:
Help assess and refine team workflows by identifying inefficiencies and proposing optimized solutions.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and project summaries to support internal and external stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with development, operations, HR, finance, and marketing teams to collect data and support the implementation of standardized development tools and processes.

Strong reporting and data analytic skills
