Missions
You will join the team as a Purchasing Analyst and help oversee procurement decisions for Information Technology (IT) products and services across the Eurofins network. This role offers hands-on learning and the potential for long-term career growth in a fast-paced, international environment.POSITION & OBJECTIVES:
As an IT Purchasing Analyst, you will contribute to global procurement projects and help achieve key performance targets. In addition, you will:
Define and manage IT purchasing categories, lead sourcing projects and explore new supplier opportunities.
Support and develop procurement strategies aligned with business needs.
Participate in negotiations and help manage supplier contracts.
Prepare Request for Proposals (RFP) , help draft contracts and turn data into clear business recommendations.
Contribute to improving existing procurement processes, and use procurement tools (e.g. Coupa) to manage workflows and track progress
Profil recherché
Education: Master’s degree in business, engineering, economics, data science, or a related field.Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Adobe Suite.
Interpersonal skills: Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills, with a mindset for continuous process improvement. Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Languages: Fluent in English, written and spoken
