The site of based in Biethigheim Bissingen belongs to Light Division. We are looking for a VIE Management Controller for 12 months within the team.
Your challenges?
You will be part of the Business/R&D management control team at a financial level, focusing on project follow-up, specific financial reports, analysis, and project-related approvals
You will support the team in daily and monthly reporting cycles
You will support month-end closing and assist in the preparation of budgets and MTP business plans
You will follow up on specific financial project-related KPIs
You will participate in internal control self-assessment roadmaps and audits
You will work closely with the Site Business Management Controller to transform raw project data into meaningful financial reports
Profil recherché
Let’s talk about you…You have a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent field (a Master’s degree is a plus)
You have prior experience in Finance, Management Control, or Accounting (internship or entry-level role is acceptable, within the automotive industry is a plus)
You have a fluent level of English
You possess strong communication skills, an international mindset, and are open to new cultures and ways of working
You are humble, a good listener, and maintain a positive, professional attitude with a strong sense of diplomacy.
