Your duties
Project Responsibility: You are responsible for the planning and execution of substation construction projects in the high- and extra-highvoltage sector in Northern Germany.
Customer Management: In direct contact with customers, you support both the acquisition of new projects and the management of awarded projects.
Project Control: You prepare and coordinate project schedules, calculate offers, manage and monitor project execution, provide regular status reports to the profit center management, and continuously optimize project management processes.
Team Responsibility: You hold the technical responsibility for senior site supervisors, planners, and subcontractors.
Quality Assurance: You ensure compliance with and monitoring of legal regulations regarding occupational safety, quality, and environmental standards
Profil recherché
You impress us with a successfully completed degree and/or a comparable qualification (technician or master craftsman) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.You already have initial practical experience in project management or project leadership.
Professional experience in the substation construction industry is an advantage; however, we also welcome applications from graduates and career changers.
Very good German and English language skills (B1 level) as well as user knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project distinguish you.
You are eager to learn new topics and develop personally, and you convince us with your confident negotiation skills and strong communication abilities.
