Missions
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of strategic projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage complex projects in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Coordination
Plan, manage, and deliver projects according to defined scope, timeline, and budget
Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, development, and QA
Monitor project progress and ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved
Identify and manage project risks and dependencies
Stakeholder Management
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders
Provide regular status updates and project reporting
Facilitate decision-making and ensure alignment between teams and business objectives
Agile & Process Management
Manage projects using Agile or hybrid methodologies
Facilitate Agile ceremonies when required
Ensure adherence to project governance and delivery standards
Required Skills & Experience
Experience managing IT or digital projects
Strong knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Fluent in English and French
Nice to Have
PMP, Prince2, or Scrum certification
Experience working in international environments
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.)
Hybrid Work: 2/3x in the office
