We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to support the planning, documentation, and coordination of IT initiatives across L’Occitane North America. This role works across Product, Engineering, Core IT, and Infrastructure teams to structure roadmaps, standardize project governance, track progress, and translate business and technical requirements. The role primarily focuses on coordination and alignment across teams, while also owning selected projects from planning through delivery.KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Document and maintain IT roadmaps, project plans, and timelines.
- Coordinate projects across Product, Engineering, Core IT, and Infrastructure teams.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Translate technical constraints and solutions for business stakeholders.
- Track project progress, milestones, and dependencies across initiatives.
- Identify risks, blockers, and delays and escalate when needed.
- Organize project governance including meetings, agendas, and action tracking.
- Maintain project documentation including requirements, process flows, and status reports.
- Support testing phases including UAT coordination and validation follow-up.
- Take ownership of selected projects from planning through delivery
Profil recherché
REQUIREMENTS:- Experience in IT project management.
- Ability to translate business and technical requirements
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Lists
- Basic technical understanding (APIs, EDI, integrations, system flows et.)
- Strong organization and detailed oriented mindset
- Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders
