Join Expleo Group as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst (V.I.E) and contribute to shaping reward excellence across a fast-growing international engineering and technology consulting group.As part of the Group Compensation, Benefits & Global Mobility team, you will be based in Madrid and report to the Group Head of Compensation & Benefits.
This V.I.E opportunity offers strong exposure to international Total Rewards governance in a multi-country environment.
The position has a strong Compensation & Benefits focus, including active involvement in annual salary review, Group Bonus Plan campaigns and regulatory reward transformation initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Compensation & Benefits
Annual Compensation Review:
- Support preparation and coordination of the global compensation review cycle
- Consolidate data across entities and ensure alignment with Group guidelines
- Produce analytical dashboards and executive summaries
- Monitor budget compliance and KPI achievement thresholds
- Ensure data accuracy within HR systems
- Support preparation of annual Group Bonus Plan guidelines and documentation
- Assist in bonus target loading and validation within HR systems
- Consolidate and analyse bonus payout simulations
- Monitor KPI achievement levels and payout rules compliance
- Prepare dashboards and reporting for Group leadership
- Support post-campaign analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support gap analysis across European entities
- Contribute to pay equity data consolidation and analysis
- Assist in the development of reporting standards and documentation
- Support alignment between job architecture and pay transparency requirements
- Participate in preparation of internal communication materials
- Contribute to governance framework updates to ensure regulatory compliance
- Participate in compensation benchmarking exercises
- Support grading and job architecture consistency
- Analyse pay positioning and internal equity metrics
- Develop and improve compensation dashboards
- Support harmonisation of reward practices across entities
- Support compensation and bonus modules configuration and testing
- Translate business compensation needs into system development requests
- Conduct UAT testing and validate corrections
- Improve reporting automation and data reliability
- Provide first-level guidance to HR Business Partners on compensation and bonus processes
- Support documentation and update of Group reward policies
- Maintain accurate tracking of Posted Workers within European entities
- Consolidate monthly reporting dashboards
- Ensure compliance documentation is properly archived
- Liaise with local HR teams to validate data accuracy
- Identify process gaps and propose reporting improvements
- Support harmonisation of European mobility reporting standards
- Support Career Framework governance initiatives
- Contribute to reward harmonisation projects
- Participate in cross-functional HR transformation initiatives
Profil recherché
- Master’s degree in HR, Economics, Finance, Statistics or Business School
- First successful experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Controlling or Total Rewards
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
- Comfortable with PowerPoint and data presentation
- Interest in HR systems and digitalisation
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Structured, rigorous and able to manage competing priorities
- Client-service oriented and collaborative
