As a Junior IT PMO, you will support the IT PMO team in overseeing the portfolio of IT initiatives within the bank. You will contribute to project governance, reporting, financial tracking, and process improvement, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities
- Project Portfolio Support
- Assist in maintaining the IT project portfolio and dashboards
- Monitor governance KPI’s & controls
- Support project managers in applying PMO standards and methodologies
- Governance & Reporting
- Prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks
- Resource Tracking
- Support Timesheeting process by ensuring master data quality
- Assist in resource planning and capacity management
- Process & Tools Optimization
- Contribute to the improvement of PMO processes and templates
- Help maintain and enhance new project management tool (Triskell)
- Communication & Coordination
- Facilitate communication between IT teams and Business teams
- Help organize workshops, training sessions, and PMO events
Profil recherché
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or Engineering
- Strong interest in project management and digital transformation
- Strong communication skills
- First experience (internship or apprenticeship) in IT or financial services is a plus
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and good organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) ; knowledge of project tools is a plus
- Fluent in English and French (Dutch is a plus)
- Eligible for a VIE contract
