YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
Join Bosan as an IT Engineer. You will be part of the Information Systems department and will play a key role in the deployment of a Group ERP within the subsidiary, working in a dynamic SME environment.
You will collaborate closely with a local ERP integrator, the on-site project team, and the Group IT teams, under the coordination of the ABEO Group Information Systems Department.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting end users in expressing their business needs and translating them into clear functional and technical requirements
- Contributing to the drafting of functional and technical specifications
- Participating in data migration and data consistency checks
- Taking part in technical workstreams, including developments and system interfaces
- Assisting in the preparation of technical documentation and user procedures
- Planning and supporting the training of end users
- Ensuring proper implementation and adoption of defined business processes and data flows
- Providing first-level functional support to local teams, in close coordination with Group IT, primarily in English
This opportunity is for you if:
- You are currently enrolled in an engineering school or university program specializing in Information Systems, Computer Science, or ERP systems
- You have a strong interest in ERP projects, business processes, and information systems within an international environment
- You are comfortable working in a cross-functional and multicultural context
- You have good analytical skills and enjoy interacting with business users
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken) ; knowledge of Dutch or German is a plus
- You are autonomous, curious, well-organized, and eager to learn
