Missions
The VIE will work across all departments, focusing primarily on process improvement and change management. They will be involved in initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, support continuous improvement, and promote a culture of innovation.STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES :
- Strengthen QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) , with a particular focus on problem-solving following issues.
- Increase the number and quality of ideas submitted by employees.
- Improve the selection and issuance of business improvement projects, with better utilization of the Green Belt cohort.
- Improved idea reporting mechanisms, including volume, visibility, and tracking.
- Enhanced problem-solving practices and QRQC effectiveness across teams.
- Support for the deployment and success of Green Belt projects.
The VIE will report directly to the local manager and work closely with the Quality Engineer and Team Leaders across the business. Regular interactions and collaborative efforts will be essential to drive improvements and ensure alignment with strategic goals
Profil recherché
- Knowledge of QRQC methodology.
- Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply MS based solutions to support team level process improvements across the business
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others positively.
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach to collaboration and problem-solving
