You will join the Customer Support & Services (CSS) department, which supports its customers in operating their equipment through a global after-sales network. The teams ensure optimal availability, responsiveness, and quality of service.
Poste et missions :
You will join the HR department of the CSS division, taking on the role of HSE VIE.
As such, your main missions will be to provide support with the day-to-day implementation of the requirements of the HSE management system as:
- Implement, supervise and improve the HSE system.
- Deploy and maintain the Safran Group HSE standards.
- Analysis of performance indicators for HSE practices and define objectives.
- Communicate KPIs to relevant employees.
- Raise site employee's awareness by passing on Safran Group HSE principles and objectives.
- Organize HSE related events.
- Ensure the conformity of the site regarding local HSE requirements.
- Communicate with others sites of the division in order to share good practices.
- Lead projects to reduce site carbon footprint.
- Improve energy & water site consumption.
- Support HSE trainings needs then plan them.
- Deliver HSE trainings
Profil recherché

Knowledge of using HSE Management systems in a manufacturing environment.
Able to complete and understand risk assessment processes.
Able to work individually, part of a team and have good influencing skills.
Ideally qualified in HSE processes and methodology
