The site of Bietigheim based in Germany belongs to Brain Division. We are looking for a VIE Sales Analyst for 12 months within the team.
Your challenges?
You process customer orders using the SAP system and customer portals
You track delivery dates and ensure timely follow-up
You coordinate with customers, project management, and the production site when uncertainties arise
You document deliveries using internal databases, including Excel
You support administrative activities such as reporting
You assist the BMW sales team in all ramp-up project activities
You communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
You work collaboratively within the team and quickly familiarise yourself with new topics
Profil recherché
Let’s talk about you…You are graduated from a Business, Administration, or International Management degree
You already have experience in customer service, order management, or administrative coordination
You have a fluent level of English (and German is appreciated)
You have good communication skills, an international mindset, and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
You are humble, attentive, positive, professional, and demonstrate a strong sense of diplomacy
Knowledge of SAP is a plus
