Poste et missions :
  • The Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Reliability Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the reliability and performance of plant analyzers. This role supports Arkema’s commitment to operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • 20% Reliability Action Planning:
o Develop and execute a comprehensive reliability action plan for plant analyzers to reduce
downtime and improve performance.
  • 20% Procedure Development & Updates:
o Create and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) for plant analyzers and electrical systems to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • 20% Project Leadership:
o Lead and implement improvement projects focused on analyzer performance, reliability, and lifecycle management.
  • 20% Preventive Maintenance (PM) Support:
o Support the update and implementation of preventive maintenance strategies for
electrical and instrumentation equipment, ensuring alignment with reliability goals.
  • 20% Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to identify and resolve reliability issues and drive continuous improvement

Profil recherché

Expected Candidate Academic Training:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field.
  • Experience in industrial or chemical plant environments is plus
  • Fluent in English
Expected Candidate Profile:
  • Strong knowledge of process analyzers, electrical systems, and instrumentation is plus
  • Experience with reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and root cause analysis (RCA) is preferred
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP) and reliability tools is preferred
  • Excellent communication and project management skills is required
