Elle collabore également avec plus de 100 partenaires industriels, dont LVMH, Nestlé, Orange et Assurances Générales, pour co-développer ses parcours d'études.
Reconnu par le gouvernement français, Albert School offre des diplômes conformes au cadre européen des certifications, conjointement délivrés par Albert School et Mines Paris PSL. Mines Paris PSL est reconnue comme la première université d'ingénierie en France et se classe parmi les 25 premières au niveau mondial selon plusieurs classements internationaux. Ce prestige apporte une valeur ajoutée considérable aux cours et aux diplômes délivrés.
Actuellement, 400 étudiants sont inscrits sur les campus de Paris, Marseille et Lyon.

Albert School launched in September 2022 with 30 students. 650 are enrolled in 2025 across 4 countries and 6 campuses and the target is to reach 10, 000 by 2030 in 10 countries. To reach this goal and transform the landscape of high-level higher education, we need your help.
Missions
Work closely with Albert School's General Manager in Switzerland and Albert School’s Head of Sales to develop the school’s reputation and students recruitment in Europe.
You will be a Swiss knife, and throughout your mission, no two days will look the same.
Some of the main missions you will be working on:
Sales:
Define the most relevant prospecting methods to approach target future students for recruitment into various programs.
Ensure the execution of defined prospecting actions, including student fairs, visits to educational institutions, conferences, open days, orientation days, immersive experiences, job fairs, and communication campaigns targeting contacts in the CRM database (sending messages via email, SMS, etc.) .
Qualify student contacts from marketing actions to identify relevant ones, engage them to make them want to join our programs, and encourage them to apply and go through the various stages of the selection process.
Ensure the follow-up, analysis, and production of reports on business development activity, particularly through CRM tools.
Operational:
Research, collect, analyze and communicate data across company departments to effectively deploy sales & marketing strategies.
Develop technical skills and assume ownership of topics such as website and content creation.
Ensure operational implementation of academic-related topics.
Automate low-value repetitive tasks.
Maintain students, teachers and corporate partner satisfaction by ensuring excellent delivery of Albert School’s academic program

Proven experience in business development or student recruitment.
Availability on weekends and evenings to organize and facilitate recruitment events (numerous fairs in France, Open Days, Immersive Experiences, etc.) .
Bilingual/Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented with the ability to achieve set objectives.
Initiative, autonomy, and ability to work in a team.
Autonomy and excellent command of computer tools and office software (Google Suite, CRM, Notion, Webflow, etc.) .
