Creabis GmbH is an innovative company in the field of 3D printing (additive manufacturing) , founded in 2011 and based in Kirchheim bei München. We produce prototypes and small series for industrial clients, and we also integrate complete systems and assemblies.
V.I.E Mission:
As part of our growth, we are looking for a V.I.E to strengthen our HR and accounting team. You will join a small-sized structure (20–25 people) and actively contribute to the administrative and financial management of the company.
Your Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Management of contracts, certificates, and employee files
Support for payroll and social relations
Correspondence with public authorities and health insurance funds
Assisting employees with HR-related matters
Accounting:
Entry of routine accounting transactions
Preparation of bank transfers and administrative follow-up
Liaison with the external accounting firm
Profile Sought:
Degree in management, accounting, HR, or equivalent
Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy
Fluent in German
Level B1 in French or English to communication with the HR Director based in France
Team spirit and discretion
Prior experience in a company is a plus
