It leverages a user friendly mobile app to empower field staff in efficiently completing their work and collaborating with teammates, and a web application to measure field execution through workflows and analyse performance on dashboards.We focus on consumer goods distribution, financial services agent network monitoring, agricultural value chain traceability and technical maintenance. 10, 000 field users work with Fieldpro from major brands such as Nestlé, Danone, One Acre Fund, Axian, etc

Scope of Work
As Key Account Manager, you will manage our most strategic client relationships in emerging markets. These accounts represent thousands of users across multiple countries and require close, high-touch support to ensure their success.
You will report directly to the company’s management and collaborate across all departments (Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Product, and Data) , ensuring the success of high-impact projects.
Your Main Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build strong, long-term partnerships with client stakeholders.
Maintain a high-touch presence through regular meetings, field visits, and steering committees.
Understand clients’ businesses in depth and their usage of our solutions.
Project Management & Leadership
Act as the super project manager for large-scale deployments.
Anticipate challenges, coordinate teams, and ensure top-quality execution.
Lead strategic committees with client executives, presenting progress, roadmaps, and new opportunities.
Sales & Product Contribution
Identify new opportunities through direct client interaction.
Draft commercial proposals with Sales to meet client requests.
Collaborate with Product/Design teams to define and test new features.
Data Management & Analysis
Support clients in data management and visualization projects to maximize the value of insights generated through FieldPro.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data for reporting and performance monitoring.
Build dashboards and visual reports to track key metrics and operational KPIs.
Work closely with internal data teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across client environments
