Poste et missions :
Within the Consolidation and Continuous Improvement Department of our Finance Department, you will join a dynamic, supportive, and empathetic team. You will contribute to data production and reporting by implementing digital solutions for the HM.CLAUSE Business Unit and participate in high-value, impactful projects.
You will be entrusted with the following missions:
- Help in identifying the business needs in terms of reports and analysis
- With the support of Finance expert, translate the business needs into request for IT
- Understand and document the current data transformation process for migration into a new data platform (GCP) .
- Structure, clean and harmonize data and ensure data consistency from different sources.
- Create operational and strategic reports and KPI’s in a BI tool (Power BI)
- Rigorously analyze data by controlling reliability and quality, to provide trustworthy information.
- Conduct user testing.
- Collaborate closely with both IT data engineer and Finance business owner
Profil recherché
You hold a Master degree in Data Analyst, MIAGE, or an equivalent qualification.- You have strong IT skills, especially with SQL, Python, R and the Office Suite (Excel, Word) .
- You have initial experience in Business Intelligence for developing reports/dashboards.
- You have a good level of English (reading, speaking, writing) to communicate with your team members.
- You are passionate about data and want to grow within a human-sized team.
- You are eager to get involved in innovative data projects within a finance department, enjoy teamwork but can work independently, are curious and proactive, and able to seek and find solutions.
- You thrive in a dynamic, international, and constantly evolving environment and want to gain finance knowledge
