As a Talent & Community Partner (V.I.E) , you’ll play a key role in growing, engaging, and nurturing our community of partners.
You’ll identify top talents, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with our business and marketing teams to make our ecosystem thrive.
This renewable 12-month V.I.E contract is a unique opportunity to grow your international career in a fast-paced, multicultural, and entrepreneurial environment — at the heart of the future of work.
Your main responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Community Growth
Identify, attract, and engage top freelance and consulting partners for key client projects.
Lead proactive sourcing campaigns through LinkedIn, CRM, events, and referrals.
Understand candidates’ paths, motivations, and ambitions to ensure lasting collaborations.
2. Community Engagement
Create connections through events, local initiatives, and content programs.
Foster engagement, celebrate success stories, and encourage collaboration within the community.
Keep the “LittleBig Family” spirit alive every day, with proximity and authenticity.
3. Partner Relations
Develop and strengthen relationships with ESNs, consulting partners, and agencies.
Identify new collaboration opportunities and partnerships to expand our network.
Co-build initiatives that bring value to both our clients and community members.
4. Collaboration & Project Management
Work closely with Business Managers, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Contribute to process improvement and the creation of new community tools and methods.
Support internal projects that shape the strategy of our growing ecosystem.
Profil recherché
About youMaster’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position or as a Recruiter in the IT sector (agency or in-house) .
Strong sourcing and networking skills with a proven track record in identifying and engaging top tech profiles.
Fluent in English and French (Spanish is a plus) .
Curious, people-oriented, and organized — with a genuine interest in the freelance and tech ecosystem.
Autonomous, proactive, and eager to evolve in an international environment.
Comfortable using CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
