We are seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer with solid hands-on experience in Azure and/or AWS who can also contribute directly to our backend application codebase. This is a
hybrid role that blends infrastructure engineering, CI/CD automation, and backend development, offering the opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of our cloud-native applications.
As a member of our engineering team, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining cloud infrastructure, while also contributing to application features, APIs, and integrations. You’ll collaborate closely with both DevOps and software engineers, bridging the gap between cloud operations and backend systems development.
Responsibilities
- Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps
o Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments
o Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance, scalability, and security
o Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation
- Backend Engineering
o Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and backend services
o Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with unit and integration tests
o Collaborate with product engineers to deliver end-to-end features
Collaboration & Best Practices
o Partner with cross-functional teams to design cloud-native solutions
o Advocate for best practices in observability, monitoring, and reliability
o Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning
Profil recherché
- Professional experience in software or DevOps engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS services
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (Python, Node.js)
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, Pulumi)
- Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, AKS, EKS)
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Application Insights)
- Knowledge of serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions)
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud data services
- Exposure to security best practices in the cloud
- Familiarity with MLOps platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI
- Experience with model lifecycle management (training, versioning, deployment, retraining)
- Knowledge of experiment tracking and model registry tools (MLflow, DVC, Weights & Biases)
- Understanding of data pipelines for ML (ETL, feature stores, batch/streaming data)
- Exposure to monitoring ML models in production (drift detection, performance tracking)
