Poste et missions :

The role of the PC&L (Production Control and Logistics) Data Analyst is to drive the digitization of Production Control & Logistics (PC&L) processes. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in data analysis with a strong command of SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI. This role will play a critical part in using complex data to create actionable insights for a supply chain digitalization initiative.

The main missions of the role are to:
  • Extract, organize, and analyze large data sets from multiple sources to create supply chain digital tools.
  • Build dashboards and reports using Power BI to communicate key trends and KPIs
  • Use SQL queries to access, save, and manipulate structured data from MRP systems
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop standards and tools to improve supply chain efficiency
  • Develop reports to monitor inventory, lead times, data accuracy, freight plannning and supplier performance
  • Identify opportunities using AI tools for process improvement through data modeling and predictive analytics
  • Develop digital tools for implementing PC&L standards: Pull system, Leveling production, Material Information Flow Chart (MIFC) , Milk run, freight optimization, etc.
  • Train and coach team members when necessary and carry out workshops in accordance with the plant teams.

Profil recherché

The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Master's degree in engineering/Data Analytics/ Supply Chain Management/ Computer Science, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a data analyst role, ideally within a supply chain, logistics, or operations setting
  • SQL skills to query and transform large data sets
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar platforms
  • Understanding of supply chain concepts, Toyota production systems, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • High attention to detail, data accuracy, and analytical thinking
  • Good communication skills and the ability to present to different types of audiences
  • Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
