The ambition is strong, the BU wants to develop its activities notably in Uzbekistan and Central Caucasus countries.
We are looking for a passionate in water and environment VIE candidate that will join the project development team, reporting to the Customer Service Director. The candidate will be based in Denov (Uzbekistan) , working on the improvement of the Customer Management processes, related to the “Water supply and services in Surxandarya region” contract.
SUEZ will support its client SURXONDARYO SUV TA’MINOT in improving Customer Services (Customer refers to the clients of SURXONDARYO SUV TA’MINOT that consume potable water produced and distributed by SURXONDARYO SUV TA’MINOT, and pay the corresponding bills) .
The candidate will carry out the following tasks:
- Working with the Customer Service Director in all Customer Management activities, like:
- Customer survey on >75% of identified customers,
- SOP (Standard Operation Procedures) review & improvements (reading, invoicing, collection, etc.) ,
- Customer relationships,
- Monitoring dashboard,
- Metering Strategy Roadmap,
- Customer Service Report,
- Definition and supply of equipment (water meters, tablets to record the readings of the water meters, computer sets, etc.)
- Collect and analyse various data sources,
- Develop real-time monitoring dashboards to present progress of the KPIs,
- Participate in preparation, review, and finalisation of any necessary document / system / processes,
- Participate in defining and follow-up of the works including follow up with other departments of the company, consultants (internal or external) or subcontractors,
- Participate in meetings with clients, authorities, …, as deemed necessary
- Participate, coordinate or realise on site visits, meetings, workshops, due diligences,
- Prepare/participate the trainings for the client
Profil recherché
Which skills and experience will you need to succeed in this role?- Data analysis & statistics: ability to collect, clean, and analyze data.
- Exposure to data reporting, dashboards, or performance metrics.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
- Meets the criteria of the VIE Program (EU National, between 18 and 28 years old)
- Driver license B is a plus
- Has an educational background in Statistics ; Computer Science ; Economics ; Engineering ; Information Technology ; Business Analytics
- Proficiency in English, Russian language is very valuable, Turkish language at a lesser degree
- Project management skills,
- Experience in data analyzing and study reporting,
- Basic knowledge of water management,
- Basic knowledge of companies’ financial statements and models,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, …) , SQL.
