ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Our Business Development Managers (BDM) are the main points of contact for our customers based in Belgium, and the coaches who accompany their teams of consultants in their development.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a business manager, your responsibilities would be :

Business Development (60%) : Define and implement a sound business Development strategy in line with our approach to consulting. And then, acquire and develop your own client portfolio through networking and commercial actions.

Recruitment (30%) : To support our clients' challenges, you source and select candidates, conduct interviews, and hire consultants, with the approval of the rest of the team.

Consultant Management (10%) : Accompany your team of consultants with their challenges and development.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • 12-month assignment, renewable for 12 months
  • 5 days a week on site, from 9: 00 a.m. to 6: 30 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break
  • At the Intys offices in Brussels (Woluwe Saint-Pierre)
  • Corporate computer and phone plan provided

Profil recherché

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Sustainability in Business or related field
  • Native in French (C2)
  • Fluency in English (C1)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (proactive, dynamic…)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Knowledge of the Dutch language (from B1)
  • Previous experience in client relationship management, business development and/or recruitment.
  • Professional knowledge of the retail, energy, and/or industrial sectors.
