Présentation de la société :The role covers all aspects of research, data analytics, project planning and management, lead by Product & Innovation APAC. The candidate will work closely with Underwriters, Pricing & Modelling team, Data Scientists and other relevant stakeholders to deliver and fulfil the objectives and goals of Product & Innovation APAC Strategic focus topics including, but not limited to, Mobility (Electric Vehicle) , Nature Resilience, and other new topics (e.g. AI, cyber) .

Our Innovations intend to secure and improve our core business (Horizon 1) , create new profit pools (Horizon 2) and transformational solutions (Horizon 3) for our clients (insurance companies) .
We pursue a portfolio approach by steering ideas from Horizon 1 to Horizon 3, focus our innovation activities along selected number of topics that distributed across the 3 Horizons. Strategic focus topics for APAC including, but not limited to, Mobility (Electric Vehicle) , Nature Resilience, and other new topics (e.g. AI, cyber) .
The candidate will be working on research and data analytics activities that contribute to the creation of new profit pools. Involved in the planning and execution of identified initiatives and projects/use case. When opportunity arises, candidate would be involved in client facing activities.
Poste et missions :
- Research and data analytics of selected initiatives and projects/use case
- Perform feasibility and viability testing
- Development of studies for strategic topics
- Contribution to securing, improving core business, portfolio management and creating new profit pools
- Close collaboration with Underwriters, Pricing & Modelling team, Data Scientists and other relevant stakeholders
- Documentation of key internal and external meetings, follow up actions
- Contribute to initiatives/projects progress reports
- All other miscellaneous responsibilities as required by Global Product & Innovation team and management
Profil recherché
Experience in insurance or reinsurance business is a plus, but not a prerequisiteExperience in planning, managing and executing projects
Experience in research, analytical work
Good communication skills and experience working with diversed community

Good team spirit, inter-personal competency
Self-starter and able to work independently
