Role Overview
We’re looking for someone with curiosity, energy and a hands-on mindset to help grow innovation at Lyreco. Working closely with the Head of Innovation, you’ll support the roll-out of new ideas and processes across the business, help coordinate our global innovation community, and guide internal teams through creative problem-solving. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their innovation or strategy career who wants to work across international teams, learn fast, and shape real projects from idea to pilot.
YOUR MISSIONS :
Supporting Strategy & Reporting: Help coordinate our global innovation roadmap—tracking project progress, preparing internal updates, and keeping everything running smoothly.
Community Engagement: Help run our global Innovation Ambassador network—organising calls, sharing tools, and supporting peers from 25+ countries.
Platform Coordination: Make sure our innovation projects are updated in the internal platform, following naming conventions and timelines.
Project & Workshop Support: Assist in running design-thinking sessions and sprints—from preparing materials and helping facilitate, to capturing insights and learnings.
Pioneers Programme: Help plan and deliver Lyreco’s internal innovation accelerator—from ideation to pilot, including booking experts, tracking progress and supporting teams.
Knowledge Sharing: Help gather best practices, success stories and lessons learned, and share them across the business
Profil recherché
Some experience (2–3 years) in an innovation, project coordination or business support role—ideally in a large or international organisationFamiliarity with design thinking or lean startup is a plus, but not essential—we’ll support you to build your toolkit
Well organised, good with people, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Confident communicator in English (written and spoken) , able to work across cultures and levels
Curious, collaborative and proactive—someone who takes ownership and enjoys learning
