Poste et missions :
  • Collaborate on the creation of training modules to support Lean (all existing CL managed modules will need to have Ground dedicated modules created to cover the content)
  • Quarterly reporting of learning status of BPE training modules
  • Create/Maintain learning paths & Ground catalogue in CMA CGM Academy.
  • Maintain, and update as needed, training modules for Ground in CMA CGM Academy to maintain relevance.
  • Assign learning for Ground controlled modules
  • Monitor and report training progress for the product, as requested utilizing the QlikSense dashboard or reports in CMA CGM Academy.
  • Provided feedback, input, and/or content for projects (i.e. new CEVA Onboarding training modules, training records transfer to new system, MySociabble Comic (releasing soon) ,
  • Work with other Ground teams to determine need for Ground training content/modules
  • Support Global L&D content creation / manage formatting standards / support launch (i.e. Ensure the training meets all standards for our trainings and is in an appropriate format) .*
  • Kaizen quality checks (spot activity)
  • Coordinate Kaizen Awards selection, voting, communications, and ceremony event with CL team (Once a year event)
  • Support Bootcamp organization (Together with CL or dedicated set-up to Ground to define)

Profil recherché

  • A first degree in business, management or engineering
  • A first experience in lean management and project management
  • Knowledge about KAIZEN and lean management experience
  • Ability to communicate with different stakeholders and strong project management skills.
  • Quick learner and ability to transfer its knowledge
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented behaviour
