Missions
Leading French independent pharmaceutical Company, specialised in ethical medicinal products. 92% of Servier’s sales are achieved internationally, with several subsidiary companies abroad. We are looking for V.I.E’s, for our subsidiary in Ireland.Reporting to the Morphe’Us Site Implementation Manager, the Production Business Expert will be responsible for representing the Manufacturing Stream in the Morphe’Us project. Using their expertise and knowledge of Production, they will be required to support their “Workstream lead”, collaborate with consultants, business experts from other Servier sites, business experts from other business domains and the CSV teams, to ensure that the Morphe’Us project objectives are achieved.
Operational :
- Support the "Workstream Lead" in all aspects of their role and escalate to them on topics that require discussion within the program management team
- Participate in design workshops as required
- Provide business expertise of current business processes in production
- Challenge current business processes to ensure the alignment with the Program’s strategy (for instance “Adopt and not adapt”)
- Participate in the development of target processes and review their documentation
- Participate in training to become the SME (Subject matter expert) for user support in their domain
- Participate in Change management to support the “Change Lead” by assisting in the preparation of the change plan and preparing content for training purposes
- Participate in the execution of data recovery and UAT (user acceptance testing)
- Prepare and document from the point of view of the Key users, scenarios and test data, procedures, operating modes, training modules (educational content, materials, exercises, etc.)
