About the Role
The Business Development Executive is responsible for supporting sales growth by contacting prospective customers and generating qualified sales leads for regional Business Development Managers.
This is an autonomous, outbound sales role managing a prospect database, working closely with regional business development and marketing teams to nurture qualified leads and document insights into prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales Support:
- Reach out and make positive contact with prospective buyers who have shown interest in International SOS services through marketing activities.
- Develop a qualified sales pipeline of new clients to be referred to the appropriate Business Development Manager for follow-up and progression.
- Ensure accurate and timely sales administration, lead referrals, and call notes in Salesforce.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients for the business development team when appropriate.
- Provide ongoing feedback on competitors’ lead generation and management activities.
- Proficiently use company systems and processes including Salesforce.com, Eloqua, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Drift, and Outlook.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for data enrichment of identified accounts.
- Identify and update key contact information such as email address, job title, and telephone number in Salesforce.
- Support BDMs with account research for key prospects.
- Record key information in CRM (Salesforce) , especially related to contacts’ buying cycle phases—from awareness to consideration.

This V.I.E position has been created due to strong business growth in the region and the implementation of new sales processes aimed at expanding our market reach. It represents a strategic role within a dynamic organization focused on innovation and international expansion.
Post-Mission Opportunities:
At the end of the V.I.E, there may be opportunities for permanent employment either on-site or in France, depending on business needs and your performance during the mission.

Profil recherché
About YouRequired Skills and Knowledge:
- Team player with the ability to work in a multilingual, multicultural environment where collaboration is essential.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM applications.
- Strong customer orientation (internal and external) .
- Proven B2B sales experience (minimum 1 year in client prospecting or sales, preferably in subscription services or consulting) .
- Languages: Fluent in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
