TECHNIC FRANCE (TF) est une filiale de la holding FHC, détenue à 100% par Technic Inc, qui emploie environ 900 personnes et est spécialisée dans les produits et procédés pour l'industrie électronique. La filiale TF est composée de 5 usines réparties sur l'ensemble du territoire français et de 3 laboratoires d'analyse QC. Elle a développé et fabriqué une large gamme de formulations pour la préparation de surface des wafers, essentielles à la fabrication des puces, notamment MEMS, CMOS, filtres et µLEDs. Ces formulations sont utilisées pour les applications FEOL, BEOL et WLP. Depuis des décennies, TF travaille en partenariat avec des fabricants de puces européens pour garantir l'approvisionnement en matières premières, évaluer et résoudre les problèmes de processus, et innover dans la préparation de la surface des plaquettesMissions

Poste et missions :
As a VIE Business Development Engineer, your mission will be to develop our presence in the Korean market, with the help of our team on site, by identifying new opportunities, establishing relationships with local partners, and supporting product demonstration activities. You will play a key role in our expansion strategy.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Business Development: Identify and prospect new clients and partners (industries, distributors, laboratories, etc.)
- Market Research: Analyse the needs of the Korean market and identify promising segments
- Technical Support and Product Promotion: Present our technical solutions and assist prospects in their selection
- Experimental Demonstrations: Conduct product testing on wafers in collaboration with local partners, providing technical data and performance feedback
- Client and Partnership Management: Manage and retain a client portfolio by offering tailored solutions
- Local Representation: Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and professional events to increase our visibility
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends, identify the main actors, local pricing and adjust our strategy accordingly
Profil recherché
- Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials, or equivalent with a strong interest in international business
- Experience: Previous experience in business development, sales, or technical project management is a plus
- Language skills:
- Korean: fluent (mandatory)
- English: professional
- Skills required:
- Technical knowledge of chemistry and/or industrial processes
- Knowledge of the semiconductor industry (manufacturing, players)
- Experience in laboratory testing and product validation
- Excellent interpersonal and sales skills
- Ability to analyze and adapt to a new cultural environment
- Ability to identify profitable opportunities
