Poste et missions :
Lessines Business Operational Excellence is multidisciplinary team, doing problem solving and CI in various production areas (manufacturing of plasma derived drugs, Filling and packaging) as well in supportive departments as Warehouse, Quality, Validation, Labs…
OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
The Operational Excellence Champion drives value creation and Lean Six Sigma projects in pharmaceutical environment, enhancing problem-solving & change management in the manufacturing departments and all supportive units. The role focus will be on implementing value-driven projects and developing operational excellence.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Operational Excellence (OE) Initiatives: Lead/co-lead value-creating OE initiatives in pharmaceutical environment.
- Project Management & Execution: Manage/support cross-functional projects and integrate Organizational Change Management into initiatives.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve operational goals, communicate OE initiatives.
- Safety, Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure alignment with safety and regulatory requirements using data-driven improvements.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report on OE metrics, conducting analysis and benchmarking improvements.
- Innovation : Embrace digital technologies for improvements.
- Complexity & flexibility: Manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Profil recherché
EDUCATION, BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:- Master’s degree in engineering; chemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceutical or equivalent;
- Knowledge of lean & Six Sigma DMAIC (Lean, Yellow Belt and/or Green belt Certification is a plus) ;
- Basics understanding of pharmaceutical environment including Good Manufacturing practices (GMP) & Good documentation practices (GDP) ;
- Proficiency in MS Office (excel, ppt, word …) ;
- Strong analytical, data-driven, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Basics experience in project management and cross-functional team leadership;
- Fluency in French, Advanced in English;
- Good knowledge of statistics tools is a plus;
- Digital skills are a plus;
- Flexibility, likes challenges, curious and eager to learn.
- Work Environment:
- Site-based (Lessines, Belgium) ,
- Up to 2 days Homeworking per week possible depending on on-going projects
