Purpose:
As part of strengthening our workforce, we are thrilled to present a unique opportunity for an International Corporate Volunteer (VIE) to join our Compensation team in the United States. This highly sought-after position in Houston offers a rare chance to join an international team and contribute to projects shaping the future of global compensation and mobility practices. The role promises not only professional growth but also a distinctive learning experience, delving into the intricate processes that define our dynamic global operations.
Main Responsibilities:
Mobility:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of expatriation (simulation, expatriation package, cost of living updates, move coordination, immigration, taxation, etc)
- Act as the point of contact for asignees and mobility vendors
- Work on simulations and criteria to create global alignment in mobility practices.
- Collaborate with the team to draft innovative relocation guidelines for permanent relocation.
- Report on trends, costs, and program effectiveness
- Conduct market pricing for global roles.
- Assist in creating progressive compensation policies/practices related to market pricing.
- Assist the team with diverse other compensation topics (Long term incentives, bonus scheme management, job architecture, etc.)
- Assist in the calculation of quarterly and annual bonus
- Participate in global surveys and contribute to creating a forward-thinking market pricing strategy for global use.
- Aid in drafting/updating policies related to Workday compensation.
- Prepare for Compensation Transparency by updating market matches and creating ranges for jobs.
- Collaborate with the team to create comprehensive documentation for bonus plans.
- Develop a streamlined process for new job creation in job architecture.
Profil recherché
- Master’s degree in human resources, Specialization in personnel Administration/Payroll, Business Management, Finance, or Statistics, or Tax.
- Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
- Comfort with numbers and statistics, with school knowledge about compensation or experience in finance/accounting.
- Willingness to learn and an analytical mind.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in an international team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, conveying complex ideas clearly.
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
