VALOREM is a long-standing player in renewable energies in France. Created in 1994 thanks to a European program, VALOREM started out as a technical design office before moving into project development for third parties, then self-employment, and finally construction and operation-maintenance of renewable energy production assets.
Today, VALOREM is a vertically integrated group, still independent, with a European dimension and active in both wind, solar, hydroelectric and marine energy.

Growing steadily since its creation in 1994, VALOREM is a mid-sized company (ETI) , open to the world. Independent, its development is supported by stable, recognized European financial partners while retaining its independence.

The Group is divided into specialized subsidiaries: VALREA for construction, VALEMO for operation and maintenance, OPTAREL for photovoltaic solutions on roofs and shading system (including self-consumption) .
The Group also includes management companies (SPVs) and holdings in small and medium-sized
companies in the sector (AKROCEAN, EOLINK) .

For over a decade, VALOREM has been developing its presence outside France, mainly in Europe to accelerate the energy transition, secure the supply of green electricity at affordable prices, and achieve self-sufficiency energy autonomy. The Group is active in Finland, Greece and Poland. It relies on the expertise of local teams to develop and finance renewable energy projects, while helping to meet global targets in terms of CO2 emissions.

The Group is divided into specialized subsidiaries: VALREA for construction, VALEMO for operation and maintenance, OPTAREL for photovoltaic solutions on roofs and shading system (including self-consumption) .

For over a decade, VALOREM has been developing its presence outside France, mainly in Europe to accelerate the energy transition, secure the supply of green electricity at affordable prices, and achieve self-sufficiency energy autonomy. The Group is active in Finland, Greece, Poland and Romania where it codevelops a wind project with a local partner.

Valorem relies on the expertise of local teams to develop and finance renewable energy projects, while helping to meet global targets in terms of CO2 emissions.

Poste et missions :
Based in Milan or Rome (to be determined) , you will be reporting to the Head of Business Development and your main assignments will be :
A. During the first month in France : integration and support to the business development team

B. During the 17 months in Italy :
1. Benchmarking wind, solar and battery development in Italy
2. Monitoring and setting up presentation materials related to the following topics:
  • Italy’s energy strategy (National Energy and Climate Plan)
  • Italy’s economics
  • Policy programs related to renewable energies
  • Subsidies and support systems for the development of renewable energy projects
On request:
  • Attend trade fairs and writing reports
  • Develop a network of contacts on site
  • Assist the country manager once recruited

Profil recherché

1-3 years of experience in renewables or through trainings
Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently
Work experience in an international environment
Fluent in Italian and English
