We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QHSE Assistant (VIE) to join our team and support the implementation and continuous improvement of our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) management systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to contribute to both operational and strategic aspects of QHSE in a dynamic, regulated environment. This role offers exposure to a wide range of activities, from document control to improvement projects, and provides an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on experience in a collaborative, international setting.Main Responsibilities:
Support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of QHSE management systems in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements
Assist with document control processes, including version management and proper documentation flow
Participate in incident reporting, root cause analysis, and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions
Coordinate QHSE-related training activities, maintain records, and track employee participation
Support internal audits and inspections, and assist with preparation for external assessments
Promote QHSE awareness through internal communication and engagement initiatives
Conduct and support occupational accident analysis and workplace evaluations
Contribute to the identification and implementation of QHSE improvement projects
Utilize digital tools such as DocIndus and Smartsheet for task tracking and project support
Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with QHSE goals and compliance standards
Profil recherché
Educational Background:Degree or vocational training in a relevant field (e.g., occupational safety, environmental management, quality management)
Skills:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Analytical thinking
Problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
Languages:
German (mandatory, minimum B2 level)
