Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement and supplier management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, detail-oriented, and collaborative teammates.
You'll help ensure that our procurement processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with project needs. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management, and production teams) , negotiate with suppliers, and manage budgets and contracts.
You’ll specifically take care of preparing and managing RFQs (request for quotations) with suppliers, but also oversee initial deliveries and manage modifications during the project lifecycle.
We’ll look to you for:
Preparing and managing RFQs with suppliers
Performing negotiations with suppliers
Preparing cost comparisons and selecting suppliers based on QCDT (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Technical) aspects
Preparing purchase orders and contracts in the SAP ERP system
Supervising and coordinating initial deliveries
Identifying and implementing cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities
Managing the given budget throughout the project lifecycle
