Missions

Porcitites seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth through effective sales strategies and team management. The Sales Manager will be pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and fostering strong client relationships. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact on our company's success and offers growth potential within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
Drive lead generation by working closely with the sales team to identify high-potential opportunities, design targeted outreach strategies, and define measurable sales targets that support business growth objectives.
Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure individual and team success.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, participating in client meetings, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring efficient and effective sales processes and adherence to company policies.
Market Analysis: Conduct market analyses to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities, providing insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing content, participate in implementing digital marketing strategies, and contribute to events and exhibitions to enhance brand awareness.
Monitoring and Reporting: Track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and generate regular reports to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions

Profil recherché

Minimum 5 years of experience in solution-based sales, business development, or related field, preferably within the IT industry.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and develop innovative sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
Initiative and Drive: Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales, a drive to succeed, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Software Experience: Experience with ERP, CRM, CMS, or other relevant software preferred.
Language Skills: Native/Fluent in English is required
