In order to support the group on the American and Canadian market and depending on the profiles, the candidate will be attached to the Sales Administration, Supply Chain or Commerce Support department:
We are looking for our next VIE in administrative support and trade.
- Sales administration: integration of orders, invoicing, shipping, monitoring of recovery of unpaid invoices, verification of contract execution conditions, customer relations, etc.
- Supply chain: Management of internal logistics, picking, planning, inventory management, reception management (customers, suppliers) , etc.
- Business support: Sales monitoring, Monitoring of saddles to be collected, E-sales missions, Editing and posting of stock saddles online, carrying out inventories, processing dispute files (disputes, complaints, etc.) …
- Other missions will be assigned to you depending on needs.
Profil recherché
- Your studies have a Sales type specialty and you are looking for a long internship (6 months minimum) or a gap year.
- Autonomous, flexible, rigorous and organized.
- Your relational and editorial qualities are recognized.
- You are proficient in Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Proficiency in Photoshop is appreciated.
- English required, Spanish is a plus.
- Knowledge and practice of horse riding are appreciated.
