B V L G A R I is looking for a Logistics for our Miami - Coral Gables Office. This role is primarily responsible for providing support to the Customer Service team. The role will oversee all importation flows from origin to delivery, reviewing importation paperwork and interacting with vendors in all steps the way, securing a seamless process and proactively addressing any potential delays.Key Responsibilities
- Review paperwork for all importations, proposing corrections to comply with local regulations in partnership with customs brokers.
- Proactively monitor and follow-up on shipment status, solving shipping issues with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
- Monitor shipments costs for all markets, validating charges in compliance with negotiated cost structure with each vendor.
- Management of non-valuables stock and replenishment.
- Interaction with 3PL.
- Verify and process freight invoices into company payment tool.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting on shipment KPIs.
- Identify and develop best practice for process improvement.
- Issue fiscal invoices in BR to support the importation process.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Profil recherché
Key Competencies- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Passionate and curious about logistics
- Understand of logistics terminology.
- Knowledge of Incoterms and Customs regulations is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft excel capable of manipulating large sets of data.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a positive can-do attitude.
- Fluent English is required.
- Spanish/Portuguese is a plus
