BVLGARI is looking for a Store Planning – Interior Design for our Miami - Coral Gables Office. This is a key supporting function to structure the Store Planning department, improving communication and visibility of projects, supporting with invoices, reports and database management as well as interacting with other departments, suppliers and stores.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of project presentations.
- Assist with suppliers on quotes, orders, delivery follow up and lead time.
- Track and report projects status to all stakeholders.
- Follow up on store reports, creating action plan with different vendors and communicating expected conclusion time.
- Organize follow up calls with stores to review Store Planning/Maintenance needs and conclusion of activities.
- Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and payments in Ivalua (invoice processing software) .
- Update and maintain samples library.
- Interact with other departments to onboard new requests and follow up with project needs.
- Monitoring Interior Design app for new requests, ongoing activities and conclusion report.
- Creation of monthly report with ongoing projects status, alerts and expected conclusion time.
- Create hand-over report with project details and pictures
