Poste et missions :
Key missions include managing and updating QHSE documentation, ensuring processes are correctly documented and assigned owners, and leading the migration from ISONet to SharePoint, including system design and training. The role also supports ISO audits (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001) by preparing files, consolidating compliance evidence, and handling non-conformities. Additionally, it involves promoting continuous improvement and employee awareness regarding QHSE documentation and compliance
Profil recherché
Key ResponsibilitiesQHSE Documentation Management & Update
- Review and analyze the existing documentation system in ISONet.
- Ensure that all processes are properly documented and up to date.
- Identify and assign a responsible owner for each process.
- Lead the migration of QHSE documentation from ISONet to SharePoint, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
- Design an optimized folder structure in SharePoint for efficient document retrieval.
- Train employees on the new document management system in SharePoint.
- Prepare and update audit files, working closely with internal and external auditors.
- Consolidate evidence of compliance with ISO standards.
- Participate in document reviews to ensure alignment between documentation and operational practices.
- Monitor and address non-conformities related to documentation.
- Collaborate with QHSE teams to identify opportunities for improving document management.
- Raise awareness among employees on the importance of process documentation and compliance.
- Implement KPIs to track and maintain document updates over time.
- Master’s degree in QHSE, Industrial Engineering, Risk Management, or a related field.
- First experience in documentation management, ISO certification, or quality audits (internship, apprenticeship, academic project)
- Understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001 standards.
- Experience with document management systems (ISONet, SharePoint, Microsoft 365) .
- Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to structure and organize information efficiently.
- Autonomous, well-organized, and proactive.
- Strong communication skills and ability to train employees.
- Fluent in English; Basic knowledge of German
