Poste et missions :
We are looking for a Finance VIE who will provide support to Yokohama FAS R&D Center , and who will be based in Yokohama, Japan.
The VIE Finance (Program Controller) is involved in the controlling of a plant in order to guarantee and optimize the plant's financial performance and competitiveness.
What will be your main missions?
- Ensure all financial related procedures and tools are implemented and followed
- Ensure plant controlling teams are informed and trained on controlling procedures and policies and tools
- Ensure consistency and standardization of controlling processes within the division
- Provide industrial financial communication towards management
- Ensure the coordination of financial forecasting process for plants (budget, periodic forecasts, Mid Term Plan)
- Provide a consolidated view of operations results and communicate it to the Operations Manager
- Analyze and challenge the variances between the forecasted and actual results
- Determine and ensure the follow up and monitor the consolidated margin per program in liaise with program controlling
- Validate the economic justification of standard costs and rates used in each plant
- Ensure the consistency between production indicators and financial reporting
- Participate in the development of action plans and ensure their financial evaluation and follow up
- Support the Plant Controlling teams on all financial issues
- Contribute to internal and external Audits requirements
Profil recherché
Master’s degree in FinanceFirst experience in controlling, or significant apprenticeship experience in controlling preferably in industrial environment
Computer literate and good knowledge of IT systems
Solid accounting knowledge
Strong teamwork
Good communication skills
Fluent English
Japanese language is a great plus
