Missions
As a VIE, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our internal communications and you will be part of a collaborative environment where your contributions will directly impact the way our organization stays informed and connected. You will work closely with a dedicated team that values creativity, continuous improvement, and a culture of open communication and transparency.Your main missions will include:
- Content Gathering: you will gather content for our bi-weekly team newsletters, ensuring that all relevant updates and achievements are highlighted, by collaborating with various departments to provide comprehensive coverage of news and updates.
- Editing: You will edit and refine the content to maintain a high standard of quality and clarity;
- SharePoint Management: you will maintain our SharePoint site, keeping it updated with important news and information for the team;
- Platform Improvement: develop and implement strategies to continuously improve our communication platform to ensure it meets the needs of all levels of the organization;
- Engagement: you will develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and ensure that everyone feels valued for their contributions; You’ll also monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies;
- Internal Events: Provide support for internal events and initiatives.
- This is an 18-month mission, non-extendable.
- Remote work from home is possible according to VIE policy.
Profil recherché
If you recognize yourself in the following description, don’t hesitate to apply!- You hold a Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline
- You have a first experience in internal communications or a related field
- You are comfortable with SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and content management systems
- You are familiar with some video editing software and/or graphic design tools
- You’re recognized for your creativity, your attention to detail and your proactivity
- You enjoy working collaboratively and can easily adapt your communication to various stakeholders
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
