Missions
Présentation de la société :Fluent Planet is a rapidly growing company specializing in language services (translation and interpretation) , with offices in France (Bordeaux, Lille and Lyon) . As part of our development strategy, we are involved in a large project with a major EU institution in Brussels and are looking for a Project Manager in Interpretation Services to be based at our joint venture location in Brussels.
Poste et missions :
As a Project Manager for a prestigious EU institution, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and coordinating interpretation projects, including identifying, recruiting, and overseeing freelance interpreters across Europe.
- Handling all logistical aspects of interpretation assignments, including travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, and transport) .
- Ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining high-quality service in compliance with our quality management system.
PROJECT SCOPE
The projects you will manage range from recruiting interpreters for bilateral and multilateral meetings to large-scale conferences with dozens of languages involved (from 2 to 100+ interpreters per event) .
TRAINING & ONBOARDING
You will receive comprehensive training upon joining, including guidance from the existing project team and training on our sales processes and internal tools.
Profil recherché
- First experience in project management for LSP and/or event management is appreciated (at least a final-year internship) .
- Fluent level in English (additional languages are a plus) .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in phone interactions.
- Excellent diplomacy and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly motivated, with a 4-year project horizon and strong potential for career growth.
