In this strategic role, you’ll collaborate with local and international leadership to drive the company’s growth. Working in a tech-driven environment, you’ll lead high-impact recruitment projects and engage directly with Executive Committee members to hire top talent for key positions.
As an International Talent Acquisition Officer, you will be responsible for a dynamic and evolving international geographic area, managing a portfolio of open recruitments for Business Manager positions. You will :
- Craft and publish job postings online, ensuring they attract top talent.
- Proactively source high-potential candidates
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess personality, skills, and career aspirations, then provide structured feedback.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from candidate submission to final integration.
- Ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive candidate experience.
- Stay connected with new hires, making sure they thrive within the Group.
- You will contribute to improving existing recruitment processes by suggesting innovative solutions
Profil recherché
- You ideally have a first experience in recruitment
- You are fluent in Dutch and English as you will recruit for international roles across multiple countries, including Belgium and the Netherlands. French and Spanish are a plus.
- You have excellent writing skills and a keen eye for spelling and grammar.
