FM Logistic is looking for a methods & processes engineer in Brazil. You will be based in São Paulo, in the headquarters of FM Logistic Brazil.As a methods & processes engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, improving processes in warehouse and co-packing operations. You will analyze operational flows, identify inefficiencies, design improved methods, and implement solutions that drive productivity, quality and sustainability.
Key responsibilities:
Design, analyze and optimize warehouse workflows (inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing) .
Design and implement processes improvements in copacking operations.
Support warehouse layout design and equipment specification for new or modified warehouse zones.
Lead time and motion studies, capacity analysis, and process simulations.
Collaborate with IT and automation teams to support WMS and digital tool integration.
Train operational employees on new methods and processes, ensuring change adoption.
Develop and monitor KPI’s to track process performance and propose continuous improvements
Profil recherché
Graduted in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Must have an affinity for IT tools, ideally Reflex, and the ability to quickly develop skills.
2+ years of experience in warehouse or logistic environment ‘internships included) .
Strong analytical mindset with a hands-on approach.
Interest in lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the supply chain domain.
Good communication skills and team spirit.
English required, additional language is a plus.
FM Logistic is offering you a position of duty and international challenges during 2 years of VIE contract in one of the Group's major countries and a possibility to continue with a permanent contract in one of the 14 countries of the Group
