Want to join a fast-moving company and work with enthusiastic and passionate teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for its next Global Assistant Brand Manager for Ramazzotti. A great opportunity to work on fast-growing Italian brand and spread the Aperitivo moment globally. You’ll work in an international and multi-cultural environment and support the Marketing Manager Apéritif in the implementation of the brand strategy.

Your challenges: A perfect mix between various missions, responsibilities, proactivity and creativity!

Your key missions:

Brand strategic guidelines and global brand assets

  • You lead the creation of our key brand initiatives presentation assets, communicating all Ramazzotti news to the distributing Pernod Ricard affiliates 3 times a year.
  • You assist the Global Marketing Manager in the development of brand strategic guidelines (route to market, pricing, master brand identity) as well as marketing tools & global assets (ATL, BTL, On-trade, Educational content) : briefing & selection of agencies, production, and delivery follow-up. This includes managing relationship with crossfunctional teams, agencies, and Market Companies (Pernod Ricard affiliates) .
  • You handle asset/information requests from international markets on Ramazzotti

Innovation and operations

  • You support the Marketing Manager in developing strategic projects shaping the future of the Ramazzotti brand: Innovation projects, Renovation projects and packaging restage
  • You support the daily relationship with the distillery for operations such as code creations, product shipments, dry and wet goods procurement supply chain, …)

Reporting and Insights:

  • You monitor the sell in and sell out to define actions based on most relevant insights • You support the Global Marketing Manager with reporting on Apéritif trends, insights and benchmark.
  • You identify and share best practices and key learnings from international markets via the dedicated internal channels.

  • You are pursuing a master’s degree in Marketing
  • You have a first professional experience in marketing (6 month minimum)
  • You are self-motivated & fast learner
  • You have the ability to manage multiple projects and be proactive on supporting other projects within the team
  • You are fluent in English (Italian is a strong plus)
  • Previous international experience(s) more than welcomed
