Primary functionThis role is a direct report of the New Product development & Commercial Governance Manager working with the various Brands in the group to develop the new product and campaigns, in collaboration with the countries’ Marketing Managers. We take care of results monitoring and planning (Strategic Business Plan, Budget and forecasts) . We also further develop the business thanks to our involvement in relevant projects with the banking partner and the various internal stakeholders to improve our processes and IT tools.
Activities:
Results monitoring and reporting automation:
- Main focus will be to automate existing reports in coordination with Business Reporting
- Monthly Sales calls preparation
- Quarterly calls preparation
- Top Management “ad hoc” request to be handled in term of reporting and business presentation
- Promo request management
- Monthly spending monitoring vs. Budget, forecast, previous year and vs. request (Closure)
- BPLS Booster follow-up
- Promo report for all segments
- Competitors’ benchmark by country - coordination and control
- Continuous dialogue with the different countries/functions
Profil recherché
- Economic, Business administration (preferred) or Engineering Degree
- Numerical Aptitude
- Good IT Skills
o Power BI, Power app, Power automate and Qlik are a plus
o Word and Power Point at excellent level
o Access and Project are nice to have
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Clear focus on high quality with attention to details
- Marketing fundamentals
- Digital and New techologies oriented
- Capability to interact with different level of people in the company and different stakeholders (top management, field people, peers)
