With a very ambitious plan for 2025 and beyond, we are looking to build our Performance Marketing team in order to fuel our rapid growth.
As Performance Marketing Manager at Upway, you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will manage our Performance Marketing channels end-to-end, from strategy to execution; and will be responsible to allocate our budget efficiently.
This role is ideal for an analytical, data-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, B2C e-commerce environment.

Profil recherché
English proficiency at C1+ level is required as well as 3 year experience in Marketing Analytics/Performance Marketing. Candidates who do not meet this criterion will not proceed in the selection processStrategy: You’ll design a full-funnel Performance Marketing strategy across SEA, Paid Social, and possible Affiliates, and more to drive traffic and boost revenue.
Execution: You’ll launch, test, and optimize campaigns, from bids and creatives to keywords and landing pages, with the goal of increasing profitability.
Tracking: You’ll ensure we have top-notch attribution, implement best practices, and build smart dashboards to track what’s working.
Budget Management: You’ll be in charge of allocating a million dollar budget, making the most of each channel and platform
