Missions et profil
The Future of Work and Global Learning V.I.E will become a key team member of the Future of Work and Global Learning and will manage digital, data and learning requests and will be working on various Future of Work and Learning projects.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Talent Acquisition initiatives, including employer branding, optimizing the hiring process, and enhancing candidate experience.
Provide end-to-end support in Talent Management activities, including preparing materials, coordinating programs, ensuring timely follow-up, and managing deployment planning in collaboration with regional and global HR partners.
Drive integration projects with a strong focus on data, covering areas such as employee engagement (including surveys) , KPI dashboards, recruitment analytics, organizational design, talent movement, diversity, and retention.
Leverage data analytics to support HR decision-making. Lead regular reviews of HR metrics, conduct deep-dive audits, and analyze key dashboards to identify trends and develop actionable recommendations.
Contribute to the advancement of HR data capabilities by helping design and refine reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics frameworks, making valuable insights accessible to stakeholders across the organization.
