Missions
Vulcain Engineering is a group specialized in the energy sector that supports companies active in Renewable & Nuclear Energy, Gas & Infrastructure through our Study Offices and Consultancy services. Vulcain supports its clients throughout the entire life cycle of their projects, from design to commissioning, by integrating constructability and safety requirements right from the design phase.For the Energy Business Unit, Vulcain is looking for a Business Manager. Reporting to the Director of our Agency Director, you will have the following tasks:
Commercial dimension:
- Identify and prospect for different accounts in the Energy and Infrastructure sector.
- Identify your clients' projects and decision-makers;
- Define the sales approach strategy, the prospecting plan and deploy it;
- Capture your clients' strategic issues and collect their needs and specifications;
- Qualify, analyse and challenge the specifications in order to issue your best technical and financial proposals;
- Carry out clarification meetings with your clients in order to win the project;
- Participate in contractual negotiations to get the project underway;
- Ensure regular project follow-up with clients by conducting progress meetings;
- Ensure customer satisfaction in terms of quality, cost, deadlines and commercial relations;
- Develop customer relations and customer loyalty.
- Identifying, capturing and recruiting the best "Talents" for all of the EPCC's professions;
- Define the strategic recruitment axes in your sectoral fields;
- Promote and convey the image of Vulcain Engineering to schools, at recruitment fairs, professional evenings, etc.
- Supervise and support your teams on a daily basis;
- Acting as line manager, monitoring the project, supervising working hours, conducting annual interviews, etc.
- You will also be responsible for building loyalty, encouraging and putting people at the heart of your concerns
Profil recherché
What we're looking for:You have a general engineering, scientific, or commercial background.
You have skills or a strong interest in multiple disciplines within the energy sector.
You are determined, rigorous, organized, and have strong interpersonal skills that enable you to build trust with your contacts.
You have excellent managerial and commercial abilities; you enjoy taking initiative and leading projects.
You place great importance on customer satisfaction and take pride in delivering high-quality service.
You are a native German speaker, with a good command of English; French is a plus.
You have at least one year of experience in a similar role or in a technical position within the energy or life sciences sector.
